3. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • You must provide the proof of purchase or order number.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Exchange Process & Shipping

  • Courier Charges: For standard exchanges (such as size changes), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or using a "Final Sale" discount code are not eligible for exchange.
